Terms of Service

1. The guest admission contract is concluded as soon as the room is booked and confirmed or – if a confirmation is no longer possible due to time constraints – as soon as the booking is made.

2. The conclusion of the guest admission contract binds the contracting parties to the fulfillment of the contract, regardless of the duration for which the contract was concluded.

3. The guest does not acquire any entitlement to the provision of specific rooms or premises. Should the agreed-upon premises not be available, the hotelier is obliged to secure equivalent replacement within the hotel or in other properties. (Agreed-upon premises must be confirmed on the reverse.) Please note the non-smoking policy in all areas. In case of non-compliance, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of €100.

4. General customary cancellation periods:

• 7 to 5 days prior to travel: 50% of the first night’s accommodation rate

• 4 to 2 days prior to travel: 70% of the first night’s accommodation rate

• 1 to 0 days prior to travel: 90% of the first night’s accommodation rate

• In case of no-show without prior cancellation: 100% of the accommodation cost for the stay

We offer our guests the option of receiving a voucher for cancellations, which can be used for their next stay.

5. Please understand that only written confirmations and cancellations can be binding for us. Only the person who made the booking can cancel.

6. Services not utilized, such as half board, cannot be refunded.

7. The accommodation fee may be paid by debit card; however, we kindly ask that any drinks consumed in the evening be paid for in cash.

8. We have a limited number of our own parking spaces. Additional public and free parking spaces can be found approximately 150 meters away. Parking spaces cannot be reserved.

9. It is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance (e.g., with ADAC, Signal Iduna, or online at https://reiseversicherung.check24.de).

10. Arrival at the hotel is possible from 11:00 AM. Guest rooms can be occupied from 2:00 PM. If arriving after 6:00 PM, please inform us by phone.

11. Meal times: The breakfast buffet is available from 8:00 to 10:00 AM, and the buffet offering both cold and warm dishes is available from 5:30 to 7:30 PM.

12. Unfortunately, it is only possible for us to accommodate food intolerances at short notice to a limited extent. We kindly ask that any intolerances be coordinated in advance with our kitchen.

13. During the season, the restaurant is open from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM.

14. We kindly ask our guests to vacate the rooms by approximately 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

15. The payment of the boarding fee can be made by bank transfer prior to arrival. Please indicate the period of stay and the name of the booked guest or customer number. Kindly present the transfer confirmation at the reception.
